The Emergency Clinic is located at the Ground Floor with standby collaborating units available to cover all disciplines, particularly Emergency Medicine, if and when necessary. It is open 24 hours to provide treatment for emergency cases.

Outpatient Clinics are located at the First Floor with more than 12 consulting clinics of various specializations available. The clinics offer consultations on General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Pediatrics. There are also specialized clinics on Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and ENT (Ears, Nose and Throat).

The Radiology Unit is located at the Ground Floor adjacent to the Emergency Department. Radiology services offer conventional X-Ray, Mammogram, CT Scan and Routine and 3-Dimensional Ultrasonography.

Laboratories are located at the Seventh Floor. Special laboratories include genetic, molecular and cytogenetic and the human embryology laboratories. The Fertility and Assisted Reproduction Technology Clinic is also located at the Seventh Floor.
Clinic hours are from 8AM to 1PM and 4PM-9PM on Saturday to Wednesday and 8AM to 1PM on Thursdays
